What areas do you serve?
We work throughout Miami and South Florida, including Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach and Boca Raton. If your address is close to that list, call and ask.
How does the quote process work?
We start with a walkthrough of the space, then send a written, itemized quote. The number you sign is the number you pay. There is no obligation to move forward after the walkthrough.
Do you take on commercial jobs, or just homes?
Both. We renovate houses and condos, and we also handle commercial buildouts such as offices, hotel corridors, lobbies and high rise common areas.
How messy is a renovation, and how do you handle dust and cleanup?
We use dust control practices during demolition and sanding, and the same crew cleans the site daily rather than leaving debris until the job ends. You should not be finding dust in every room a week later.
Could my popcorn ceiling contain asbestos?
Textured ceilings installed before the mid 1980s can contain asbestos. We recommend having a sample tested by an accredited lab before any scraping begins. If a test comes back positive, removal needs a licensed asbestos abatement contractor, which is different work than standard popcorn ceiling removal.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A single ceiling or a small patch job moves much faster than a full bathroom remodel or a multi room repaint. We give you a timeline as part of the written quote once we have seen the space.
Do I need to be home while the crew works?
Not necessarily. We can talk through access and scheduling during the walkthrough, and many clients coordinate access with us and check in at the end of the day.
Who actually does the work, your crew or subcontractors?
The same crew works your job from start to finish. The owner runs jobs personally and is on site, so the person who quotes the work is connected to the people doing it.
