Renovation work across South Florida

Ten cities, ten different housing stocks. See what's typical where you are, then get a free written estimate.

Every city on this list has its own building stock, its own rules and its own reasons a job goes a certain way. An older concrete block home in Hialeah gets approached differently than a high-rise unit in Brickell, and a gated HOA community in Boca Raton comes with a different set of coordination steps than a canal-front house in Fort Lauderdale. Pick your city below to see the services people there ask for most, what to expect from the process, and answers to the questions we hear most often in that area.

Our crew travels across Miami-Dade, Broward and southern Palm Beach County for every job on this list, always with the same walkthrough, written itemized quote and final walk regardless of which city you're in.

Where we work

Miami

Our home base, where we handle everything from older single-family homes near the urban core to high-rise condo towers. Expect concrete block construction, humidity-driven repairs and a housing stock that spans decades.

Brickell

A neighborhood within the City of Miami built up almost entirely into high-rise condo towers. Most jobs here are unit renovations inside occupied buildings, coordinated around each association's own elevator and insurance rules.

Coral Gables

One of our oldest housing stocks, with Mediterranean Revival homes built from the 1920s through the 1950s. Expect original plaster walls, a historic design review culture, and full remodels that respect a home's character.

Doral

A newer, mostly HOA-governed city built up from the 1990s onward, with single-family homes, townhomes and business parks. Interior work here rarely touches the architectural review that covers what's visible from the street.

Hialeah

One of Miami-Dade's older, more densely built cities, with single-family homes and duplexes from the mid-20th century. Popcorn ceiling removal and drywall repair come up often given the age of the housing stock.

Aventura

Known for waterfront and Intracoastal condo towers ranging from the 1980s to brand new construction. Most jobs are unit renovations, with older towers needing more drywall and texture work than newer ones.

Fort Lauderdale

A split city, with canal-front single-family homes inland and high-rise condo towers along the beach and downtown. Salt air and humidity are a bigger factor here than in our inland cities.

Hollywood

Older single-family neighborhoods from the 1920s sit inland, with beachfront condo towers along the coast. The type of job depends heavily on the address, from plaster repair in an older home to a unit remodel at the beach.

Pompano Beach

A notably older share of coastal condo buildings sits alongside inland single-family homes. Age and salt exposure combine here, so drywall and interior repair come up more often than in a newer building.

Boca Raton

Palm Beach County's southernmost city, dominated by gated and country club HOA communities plus coastal condos. Interior work generally sits outside a community's architectural review, though getting a crew through the gate takes coordination.
